Grease Removal (Foaming)

Sewer systems simply weren’t designed to handle the amount of grease being deposited into them by restaurants, residences and industry. However, regardless of their design, a municipality is still expected to keep their sewer pipes flowing and, therefore, the grease has to removed. The bad news is that a sewer system’s pipe surfaces are porous, which gives grease a foothold to hang onto and accumulate. The good news is that we can remove that grease all the way down to the pores where it clings.

The degreasing agents we use, unlike others, contains no phosphates or hydrocarbons that can harm the environment. It is instead comprised of a unique blend of biodegradable, non-caustic, and non-corrosive surfactants. Once the pipes are cleaned, future build-ups are slowed and preventative maintenance programs are enhanced by coating these surfaces with a grease-repelling barrier that makes subsequent cleaning simpler, easier and more effective.

Industry Leading Innovations

From the beginning, Carylon companies have thrived on the notion of innovation. They invented the first continuous rod, truck-mounted power rodder for cleaning sewers, developed the use of closed-circuit television for sewer line inspections, and pioneered the internal sealing of leaking sewers using pressure chemical grouting.

24/7/365 Response When Needed

Carylon companies were among the first to provide privatized disaster response; giving top priority to requests for assistance following any natural or man-made disaster. Our vast resource of men, equipment and experience have helped many disaster-stricken communities restore normalcy to the lives of their residents in the shortest time possible.
