National Power Rodding sent a crew of six field personnel, led by Superintendent Jose Dominguez, to Utah. The job entailed spincasting a 100-foot-long culvert, 7 feet high by 11 feet wide. The job was made more difficult in that the bottom of the metal culvert had completely eroded and had to be filled with a concrete bed. It took five local cement trucks just to pour the floor. Five additional trucks from National Power Rodding were sent to Utah for two weeks to complete the job.
